Set up your wallet

Connect Wallet

Connect via shape.network website: click on the “Add Shape Tesnet” button, this will trigger MetaMask (or your wallet provider extension of choice).

If you don't have MetaMask installed, you'll be prompted to install it first.

Approve Connection

In the MetaMask popup, review the connection request.

Click "Connect" to approve.

Switch Network

You'll be prompted to switch to the Shape Sepolia network.

If the network isn't listed, add it manually with these details:

• Network Name: Shape Sepolia

• RPC Endpoint: https://sepolia.shape.network/

• Chain ID: 11011

• Currency Symbol: ETH

Get Test ETH

You'll need test ETH to interact with the network. There are two main ways to get it:

Bridge ETH from Ethereum Sepolia

Use Shape bridge.

Connect your wallet and ensure you're on the Ethereum Sepolia network.

Specify the amount of ETH you want to bridge.

Confirm the transaction and wait for it to be processed.

Use faucets

Get Sepolia ETH from Alchemy's faucet: Alchemy Sepolia Faucet

Use the Superchain faucet [coming soon]

Verify Your Balance

Open MetaMask and ensure you're connected to the Shape Sepolia network.

Check your ETH balance. If you don't see it, try adding the token manually using the contract address: 0x4200000000000000000000000000000000000006
